The town of Redcrest,
north of Weott on the Redwood Highway

The town of Redcrest is located in Humboldt County, 12 miles south of Scotia, on the old Redwood Highway, the Avenue of the Giants.

It was founded to serve lumber and farming before the turn of the last century.

Redcrest is the home of the Eternal Tree House. (To access the page showing cards of that attraction, just click on the link)

I would be very happy to hear more from anyone with further information or postcard images!
