Bell Glen
on the Redwood Highway

Bell Glen is located near Leggett, just a little north of the junction of US 101 and SSR 1. It still stands, but is closed. We stayed there when it was a B&B in the late nineties and it was a neat place, especially the decorations in the "honeymoon suite"!

Bell Glen opened around 1920 and offered accomodations and meals for just about 75 years.

Since Bell Glen closed it has become a private religious retreat.

I would be very happy to hear more from anyone with further information and postcard images!
